132589 - QC Leader - Manufacturing

RGF's Client – a Japanese company in manufacturing industrial components and materials - is looking for a QC Leader - Manufacturing to implement and maintain quality control systems and processes in manufacturing operations, ensuring compliance with ISO9001 standards and customer requirements.

• Working Location: VSIP Hai Phong
• Monthly Salary: Competitive based on qualifications
• Job Responsibilities:
  • Build and implement quality assurance activities according to the ISO9001 standard
  • Control product quality and production processes
  • Handle arising quality issues, respond to customer requirements
  • Coordinate with related departments to improve quality, meet customer requirements
  • Conduct internal audit activities, respond to customer and third-party audits
  • Monitor quality KPIs
  • Train staff and subordinate workers
  • Other tasks as required by Management

Necessary Skill / Experience:

• Educational background: Bachelor's degree in related fields
• Language skills: Business-level English or Japanese (Japanese is prioritized)
• Experience: At least 2 years of experience in QA/QC position in a manufacturing company
• Understanding of ISO9001, ISO14001

Preferable Skill/ Experience:

• Prior experience in Japanese companies
• Japanese language proficiency is prioritized.
