RGF's Client - a Japanese company in the logistics industry - is looking for an Operations Manager to manage and improve operational performance, ensure smooth service delivery, develop the operations team, and support sustainable business growth.

• Working Location: Gia Dinh Ward, Ho Chi Minh City (Distributors)
• Monthly Salary: 26,000,000～39,000,000VND

Job Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations in the warehouse
• Manage facility and equipment maintenance operations, including supervision of security, office cleaning, landscaping, and related service providers
• Create and manage budget plans for company activities
• Manage human resources, including receiving, storage, and shipping
• Oversee quick freezing operations and reception (handling of goods)
• Perform final verification of documentation
• Handle accounting and budget-related tasks (if applicable)

- Education: Bachelor's degree
- Language: Fluent communication skills in English or Japanese (reading, writing, conversation)
- Experience: 

• At least 5 years of relevant experience
• Deep knowledge of warehouse management systems and inventory control
• Knowledge of safety regulations and equipment maintenance
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities

Preferable Skill/ Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Management, or related field
• Has good knowledge of frozen warehouse operations
