132966 - Logistics Leader - Trading

RGF's Client - a Japanese company in the trading industry - is looking for a Logistics Leader to lead the logistics team, oversee import and delivery operations, manage trading contracts and VAT reporting, coordinate with forwarders and stores, and improve logistics processes and cost efficiency.

• Working Location: Xuan Hoa Ward, Ho Chi Minh City
• Monthly Salary: 20M ~ 25M VND Gross

Job Responsibilities

• Lead the team to meet the targets and mission assigned by the company.
• Manage the process of import-delivery to stores.
• Manage VAT issuance and monthly sales and management reports.
• Management of trading contracts.
• Coordinate between forwarders and stores to ensure on-time delivery as well as customs matters.
• Improvement of logistics procedures and costs.

• Educational Background: University or College Degree
• Language: Japanese - Business Level or English - Business Level
• Have knowledge and over 5 years of experience in import/export procedures in trading companies.
• Having knowledge or experience in internal accounting is a plus.
• Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel, with strong data analysis skills. 
• Agile, sharp, and proactive at work. 
• Positive attitude, detail-oriented, diligent, and eager to learn.
