133516 - MT Key Account Manager (CVS & Minimart) - Foods

RGF's Client - Japanese company in Foods industry - is looking for a MT Key Account Manager (CVS & Minimart) to manage and develop key CVS & Minimart accounts, expand new retailer accounts nationwide, lead commercial negotiations, monitor sales and distribution performance, and drive product availability and business growth.

• Working Location: HCMC & Long An Factory
• Monthly Salary: Up to 40M VND Gross

Job Responsibilities

• Manage and develop assigned CVS & Minimart key accounts, executing customer, assortment, and promotion plans to achieve sales and profitability targets
• Develop new Retailer accounts nationwide, from initial engagement and product listing to sustainable business growth
• Lead commercial negotiations, including trading terms, promotions and in-store visibility
• Monitor sales, distribution, inventory and SKU performance, taking timely actions to improve product availability and drive sell-in and sell-out growth
• Collaborate with Trade Marketing, Supply Chain, Accounting and other internal teams to ensure effective execution across customer store networks

- Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- Language: English - Business level
- Experience: 

• 3~5+ years of Sales/Key Account Manager experience in FMCG, preferably Food, Confectionery, Snacks.
• Account Exposure: Hands-on experience in CVS/Minimart accounts, preferably with experience in new account development, product listing, and building business from the ground up.

- Skills: Strong negotiation and execution skills, with a proactive, hands-on, and result-oriented mindset.
