• Working location: Pacific Place, 83B Ly Thuong Kiet, Cua Nam Ward, Hanoi, Vietnam/ Centec Tower, 72-74 Nguyen Thi Minh Khai, Xuan Hoa Ward, HCMC, Vietnam
• Monthly Salary: Negotiable
• Job Responsibilities: 
  • Mainly be in charge of business development activities for both Japanese clients and non-Japanese clients (foreign companies and large local corporations).
  • Connect and develop relationships with potential clients in Vietnam by making phone calls, visiting, and attending networking events
  • Support Senior Sales members in following existing clients
  • Find potential clients who have a hiring demand
  • Make clients understand our service and get a contract from them
  • Support Senior Sales members in following existing clients

• Necessary Skill / Experience:
  • Business Level in English
  • At least 6 months of experience as a Sales Staff, with hands-on experience in cold calling.
  • Willing to develop a career path as a recruitment consultant in the future
• Preferable personality:
  • Good communication skills
  • Quick learner
  • Enjoy working in a rapidly changing environment and in a high-intensity condition
  • Sales mindset: Highly ambitious to achieve the target (possess a target-oriented mind), has a client-oriented mindset and thought
  • Japanese working environment familiar: Micro-Management Style (Check KPI daily & weekly)
