3D Modeling & Drafter

• Experience making floor plans with AutoCAD program
• Knowledgeable about kid cafe design, Kid's playground, kindergarten
• 3D Modeling with SketchUp or other architectural modeling programs
• Capable of High Resolution, realistic renderings with programs such as Enscape, Vray, or equivalent
• Capable of making detailed technical drawings for construction
• Conceptualize and design 3D
• Understand and continuously update knowledge about new materials
• Understand construction methods according to proposed design ideas
• Coordinate the implementation of design information for the construction drawing implementation department

· Address: Floor 2, Thao Dien Greeen, 192 Nguyễn Văn Hưởng, Thảo Điền Ward, Thu Duc City, HCMC.

· Working time: 9:00 – 18:00 Monday – Friday (Sat & Sun off)

· IELTS >= 6.0

· A strong portfolio of Interior design

· Familiarity with design software and technologies

· A keen eye for aesthetics and details

· Skills in arranging, organizing work and meeting deadlines

· Degree in Design
