- Working location: Pacific Place, 83B Ly Thuong Kiet, Cua Nam Ward, Hanoi, Vietnam

Responsibility

Contribute to the job-seeking candidates by providing them with a better chance to develop themselves, and giving advice to let them think more deeply about their careers 

• Search suitable candidates by using internal resources, individual LI, and external job sites (top job sites in Vietnam)
• Call the existing Candidate List to update their working status
• Maintain strong relationships among candidates by strategically controlling the action to keep contacting them by utilizing the database system
• Deeply understand the candidates through interviews. Not only "knowing" them but "understanding" them by asking about several aspects of their job and career.
• Consult and advise the candidate on how to maximize the possibility of reaching success in their life by providing job market trends and information.
• Provide suitable job order info for the candidates, and if you believe it would be a good opportunity for them, motivate and convince the candidate to apply
• Share the full information of the candidates with the RAs (Recruiting Advisor team) and contribute with them to create opportunities for the candidates so that they get a chance to be interviewed. 
• Support the candidate during the whole recruitment process. 
• Cooperate with RAs so that both the Candidate side and the Client side will be satisfied in the job seeking/recruitment. 
• Not limited to only the above, but also implement any kind of activities to realize the purpose written at the top.

- Educational Background: College Degree or above
- Language: English - Business  Level 
- Working Experiences: 

• Having at least 3 years of working experience as a recruitment consultant agency
• Candidates with leading experience can apply for the Leader position (leading 2-4 members)
• Having strong experience in Industrial, Consumer Goods, Trading and Construction Sectors 
• Highly ambitious to achieve the target (possesses a target-oriented mind)
• Has a sense of client-oriented, mind and thought
• Get familiar with Micro-Management Style (Check KPI daily & weekly) 
• Willing to be leader in the future
