Accommodation Team Leader

Key Responsibilities:

1. Team Management:

- Manage a team of workers in charge of the following tasks:

o Install insulation (pins, rockwool, cladding);

o Adjust in workshop and install on the vessels accommodation bulkheads and ceilings panels;

o Install on board all accommodation floors (floating floors, vinyl, etc.);

o Adjust in workshop and install on the vessels all the ship furniture and accommodation equipment (for bathrooms, galleys, bedrooms, lounges, etc.).

2. Other Duties:

- Achieve demanding targets in HSE, time keeping and cost, ensuring a world class quality level.

Qualifications:

· Education: Bachelor's degree in Naval, Marine, or General Engineering.

· Experience in:

o People management and work organization;

o High standard accommodation works (4 star hotels, resorts, etc.);

o Carpentry (wood work, light panels work, furniture fabrication);

o Floor installation (vinyl, tiling, carpets, etc.);

o Insulation (rockwool & cladding).

· Skills & Competencies:

o Fluent in spoken and written English;

o Basic computer and AutoCAD knowledge;

o Careful mind-set focused on highest quality standard.
