Mô tả Công việc

1. Business Development

  • Proactively plan, identify, and approach both existing and potential clients to drive revenue growth.
  • Manage the full customer journey — from initial outreach, solution consultation, contract negotiation, campaign execution to reporting and post-campaign optimization.

2. Account & Campaign Management

  • Receive client briefs and collaborate with internal teams to develop, propose, and present campaign solutions that meet both communication and commercial objectives.
  • Allocate budgets and ensure delivery of committed media performance (KPIs).
  • Contribute to strategy development for selecting KOLs/KOCs/Influencers/Communities tailored to each campaign type (PR, livestream, affiliate, social media, etc.).
  • Work with internal teams to propose content plans, execution scripts, and platform distribution to ensure effective message delivery and optimized outcomes (buzz, engagement, sales…).
  • Oversee detailed execution of campaign deliverables including content production, partner benefits, budget management, performance tracking, and issue resolution.
  • Manage external partners (KOLs, KOCs, MCNs), ensuring commitments, timelines, and quality standards are met; propose alternatives when necessary.
  • Monitor and evaluate campaign performance across key metrics: communication (reach, engagement, buzz, etc.) and commercial impact (GMV, ROAS, orders, etc.).
  • Consolidate, prepare, and present regular and final campaign reports with actionable recommendations for future optimization.
  • Act as the central liaison among clients, partners, and internal teams to ensure timely, accurate, and transparent communication throughout the campaign lifecycle.

3. Paperwork Management

  • Track and ensure all campaign-related documentation with clients is accurate and complete.
  • Monitor and update client payment status in a timely manner.

4. Client & Partner Relations

  • Develop and implement client care policies to strengthen long-term relationships with customers and partners.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing (Digital Marketing is a plus), Business Administration, Economics, or Public Relations.
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
  • Previous experience in a similar role at a Social Agency, Influencer Agency, or Digital Advertising Company.
  • Solid understanding of social platforms is an advantage.
  • Strong knowledge of media, communications, and advertising.
  • Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong time and task management skills.
  • Effective communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Confident in presentation and public speaking.
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to guide, mentor, and inspire team members.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Experience using IT systems that support workflow (e.g., Influencer Management Dashboard).
