Mô tả Công việc

Scope of the job:

  • Oversee a portfolio of assigned customers to address customers' needs and concerns as quickly and effectively as possible.
  • To develop and maintain strong relationship with customers.
  • Provide support to the Head of Department and ensure all executive and administrative tasks are handled efficiently and effectively

Responsibilities:

  • Account Manager:
    • Manage a portfolio of Clients (Corporates and Insurers)
    • Ensure renewal with at least 95% portfolio in terms of lives and revenue
    • Maintain Client relationships and upsell of services
    • Receive and respond to Client enquiries through calls, emails, meetings
    • Handle escalations and complaints, including troubleshooting and investigations
    • Coordinate with other internal departments to ensure resolution of issues raised
    • Data entry and maintenance of Corporate Client database
    • Preparation of Client reports
    • Prepare Client’s Documents including but not limited to Contracts, Client handbook, Brown-label design, E-card, Service Guidelines, Forms, etc… online on Mobile Application, Client Portal or offline if required
    • New client/ insurer implementation and onboarding process
    • Prepare and implement presentation to Clients
    • Assist with Client audits and due diligence
    • Undertake any ad-hoc tasks assigned by the superior
    • Other tasks assigned by the company
  • Business Development:
    • Develop sales opportunities through existing clients and partners
    • Ensure the upsell of all FHVI services and products
    • Follow-up on sales meetings, preparation of quotes and documentations
    • Ensuring smooth and effective sales operations and implementations (Due diligence, audits etc)
    • Create detailed business analysis
    • Drive strategic plans and responsible for actionable projects
    • Other tasks assigned by the company

Measure of success:

  • Meet renewal & upselling objectives with at least 95% of their cases in terms of lives and revenue
  • Satisfaction of clients
  • Strong relationship with customers/partners
  • Respect the internal processing, rules, and regulations 

Requirments:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Computer Literate, WinWord, Excel, Power Point
  • At least 2-year experience in corporate account management 
  • Able to work under pressure
  • Communication and negotiations skills
  • Excellent Communication skills and be able to give professional advice
  • Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task
  • Be able to use English in work
  • Will be a plus if have experience in Corporate Healthcare, Medical Benefit, Insurance, or Customer Service
