Mô tả Công việc

1.      ADMIN

-          Involving submitting Visa for Foreign employee to visit Vietnam.

-          Annual leave management

-          Organize and coordinate various events

-          Collecting all invoices, contract and receipts for payment request twice/month

-          Taking care of birthdays monthly for staff (birthday cake, restaurant).

-          All the things that the team needs at the office (all stuffs, gifts, printer, Notarized copy, papers, buy flyers, kitchen, coffee,  watering office plants etc.)

-          Corporate with Betaskee to manage cleaning office

-          Payment all service fees for Office (electricity, water fee,....)

-          Manage labor contracts, WP, TRC for  Foreign employee

-          Manage Grab business (collecting invoices, checking to be ensure no any employee using for personal purpose)

2. ACCOUNTING

-          Performing daily accounting tasks: following and checking on bank transactions, payment transfers, receivable and payable; issuing VAT invoices; collecting invoices; storing documents and inputting data into accounting software

-          Record all invoices into accounting software after reception from staff, suppliers.

-          Checking and ensuring all contracts with vendors and clients are consistent; keeping track of all the contracts in filing properly.

-          Sending letter confirmation (Receivable, payable account) for audit purpose

-          VAT, PIT, CIT, FCT reports

·         13th salary: 01 (one) 13th monthly salary.

·         Annual leave: 12 days off and if the Employee accumulated more than 2 full years of experience in the company, the employee will have one more day/year with a maximum of 5 days/year

  • 1–10 years of experience in accounting
  • Bachelor’s/College degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • Good understanding of accounting principles, standards, and regulations
  • Proficient in accounting software (e.g. MISA, FAST, ERP, etc.)
  • Basic knowledge of tax regulations and relevant laws
  • Strong organizational and time management skills; able to work under pressure
  • Careful, detail-oriented, honest, and responsible
  • Ability to work independently and in a team
  • Good computer skills (Word, Excel)
  • Experience in office administration is a plus
  • English communication skills
