Accountant (Data Entry Operator)

Our partner is global company that manages the supply chain for farm products and supplies with operation in 15 countries, offering a wide variety of agricultural goods.

Location: Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam

Job Responsibilities

• Enter customer and account data from source documents into computer systems within specfied time limits.
• Compile, verify accuracy, and sort information to prepare source data for computer entry.
• Review data for deficiencies or errors, correct any incompatibilities, and ensure accurate output.
• Maintain effective record-keeping practices by organizing files and collecting information for future use.
• Handle sensitive financial data with the highest level of confidentiality.
• Work closely with the finance team, Finance Manager, and other departments to ensure data accuracy and consistency.

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance & Accounts.
• 1–3 years of data entry work experience, ideally as a Data Entry Operator or within an Accounts Department; fresh graduates are also welcome to apply.
• Familiarity with MS Office and data programs such as SAP.
• Ability to speak English.
• Basic administrative skills.
