Activities Intern

Key Areas of Responsibility

1. Activities Preparation (60%)

• Following the guidance of the Activities Team, take charge of producing and assembling high-quality activity materials.
• Receive the raw material and deliver full set prepared material of activities as directed.

2. General Support (40%)

• Store the activities materials to ensure the reusability in the future.
• Support the purchase of Raw Material.
• Assist the delivery and management of the Country Kids&Us Stock as directed.
• Maintain an organized, efficient and safe workspace.

JOB REQUIREMENT

• Current college or university students, or recent graduates with no prior experience.
• Energetic, positive, friendly and professional
• Passionate about kids’ education, languages and providing excellent customer service.
• Availability: Available for three fixed afternoon shifts per week to handle material preparation for the center. Total working hours shall not exceed 28 hrs/ week.

- Morning shift: from 9:00AM-12:00PM

- Afternoon shift: from 1:00PM-6:00PM

Good to have:

• Creative, with the ability to produce visually appealing and engaging materials.
• Experience in arts and crafts or similar creative activities.
