Mô tả Công việc

  • Manage administrative activities and provide organizational support for office operations.
  • Coordinate and assist with meetings, internal events, training sessions, or seminars.
  • Oversee and manage the scheduling of meetings, appointments, and daily work calendars for executives and staff.
  • Prepare, process, and maintain office documents, files, contracts, and other related paperwork.
  • Manage office supplies and ensure that all office equipment is functioning properly.
  • Maintain a clean and organized office environment conducive to productivity.
  • Liaise with external vendors, service providers, and clients as necessary.
  • Provide support in HR tasks, such as recruitment, onboarding new employees, and maintaining employee records and benefits.
  • Perform other administrative duties as required by supervisors.
  • Manage part of accounting works.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Economics, or related fields.
  • Good command of English (spoken and written)
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role or similar position.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other office software.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Detail-oriented, responsible, and dependable.
  • Willingness to learn and improve processes.
  • Withstand work pressure.
