Admin Executive, 6-month contract (Pre-shipment Inspection)

• Thoroughly access and study all client-specific procedures, guidelines, instructions, and protocols to ensure a full understanding before performing inspections for new orders.
• Prepare and review win-loss form and send to Accountant Dept for issuing invoice.
• Input and update data in Tracking System & Inspire.
• File and retain all documents utilized during an inspection and control documents accordingly in hard and soft copies.
• Assist Coordinators in maintaining and controlling inspection documents and Admin support.
• Other tasks assigned by management to support the team and operational needs.

• Bachelor’s degree (fresh graduates with degrees in Textile Engineering, Footwear, or related fields are welcome to apply).
• A motivated individual focused on achieving goals, with a strong initiative and excellent communication skills.
• Capable of taking initiative while also being able to work independently under challenging project timelines.
• Good English communication (both verbal and written) and proficient in MS Office tools.
