🔹 Job Responsibilities:
• Manage the issuance of PPE, uniforms, access cards, and essential work materials (stationery, consumables, etc.).
• Support vehicle booking, meeting room booking, administrative tasks, and internal events.
• Handle purchasing of materials, create PR/PO, and follow up on payments.
• Monitor operational expenses; conduct scrap weighing and coordinate reconciliation with vendors.
• Supervise vendor performance and support internal audits.
• From College.
• At least 1 year of experience in administration/office work.
• Basic English skills (email writing, reading and simple communication).
• Proficient in Excel & MS Office.
• Honest, detail-oriented, and proactive at work.
