- Research, identify and work with competitive vendors for procurement of supplies, equipment and services; manage all office procurement contracts;
- Implement and monitor support services, including procurement of supplies, equipment and office services; transport, communications; supervise the driver and cleaning staff;
- Maintain high standards of working condition in office to ensure safety, comfortableness and cleanliness;
- Administer and organize company benefit programs, events and activities such as monthly birthday celebration, employee conference, employee dialogue, year-end party, outing trip and other team building activities, if any;
- Monitor and track cost expenses of Admin & HR Department, annual budget preparation;
- Develop and maintain filing system for essential correspondences & documents;
- Oversee daily operations of Admin team;
- Draft Administrative policies, process and procedures;
- Supervise office renovation and maintenance;
- Arrange logistics to Boards/Shareholders meetings including, arranging refreshments, meeting room, transportation (as needed) and binding presentation documents;
- Arrange business travel logistics for staff.
- Others as required by the BOM.
Bachelor Degree in Economics, Administration, Foreign language or other related major.
Office computer certificate level B or higher
English: fluent communicative skill, writing and reading document.
Skill in making and filing documents
Skills in analysis, synthesis, reporting.
Good at communication skill
At least 02 years of experience in administrative or equivalent position.
