1. Executive & Administrative Support
• Manage the Franchise Business Director’s calendar, meetings, and travel arrangements.
• Prepare meeting agendas, presentations, and follow-up reports.
• Organize internal reviews and external partner meetings, ensuring professional coordination and documentation.
• Handle expense reports, confidential documents, and ad hoc requests with discretion.
2. Business & Franchise Operations Support
• Assist in preparing monthly franchise performance reports, dashboards, and analysis.
• Support franchise expansion planning, market research, and feasibility studies.
• Coordinate with retail, merchandising, marketing, and VM teams to align on franchise operations.
• Help monitor KPIs and assist in follow-up with franchise partners to ensure operational compliance and brand standards.
3. Cross-functional & Partner Coordination
• Serve as a key liaison between the Franchise Business Director and internal departments as well as franchise partners.
• Track action plans, deadlines, and deliverables from cross-functional meetings.
• Assist in drafting franchise communication materials, briefing notes, and proposal decks.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Foreign Languages, or related fields.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Fluent in English (both spoken and written).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• High level of confidentiality, adaptability, and professionalism.
