Mô tả Công việc

-       Prepare draft reports, certificates and proforma invoices for clients and the Customer Service team to review prior to approval by the Division Manager or Section Manager, ensure accuracy and completeness of all documents in accordance with internal procedures.

-       Deliver final reports, certificates and VAT invoices to clients, affiliates or relevant stakeholders in a timely and professional manner.

-       Collect, consolidate and verify all inspection‑related documents, performs proper electronic filing and ensures records are organized before sending physical files to the warehouse for storage and future traceability.

-       Provide daily administrative support to the Section, including coordination of documentation, data entry and record management to ensure smooth workflow.

-       Support Coordinators and the Customer Service team by receiving client orders, booking orders into the BOSS system, and prepare job instructions for the Operations team to execute services accurately.

-       Perform other administrative and operational tasks as assigned by the Section Manager and/or Division Manager to support business needs.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

-       College or University degree in Business Administration, English Linguistics, Logistics, Import‑Export, International Business or related fields.

-       At least 1 year of working experience in administration, customer service, import‑export documentation or a similar operational support role.

-       Good reading and writing skills in English to handle documents, emails and reports.

-       Good knowledge of administrative processes, documentation control and data filing. Ability to prepare reports, invoices and certificates accurately and efficiently.

-       Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) and comfortable using internal systems.

-       Good communication skills, detail‑oriented and well‑organized.

-       Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders and work effectively in a team environment.

-       Responsible, meticulous and able to handle routine tasks with accuracy and consistency.
