Affiliate & E-Commerce Live Operations

I. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

A. Affiliate Operations (70%)

• Source and shortlist suitable Influencers/KOLs/Creators for affiliate campaigns.
• Maintain and update Creator database, including platform information, performance metrics, audience insights, and booking rates.
• Support Creator outreach, booking coordination, and campaign execution to ensure timely delivery and compliance with campaign briefs.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure affiliate campaigns are executed smoothly and on schedule.
• Track campaign performance and prepare regular reports on key metrics and campaign results.

B. E-commerce Live Operations (30%)

• Support Creators/Hosts in preparing and operating livestream sessions.
• Monitor livestream performance and compile key metrics, including GMV, Orders, Viewers, Watch Time, CTR, and CVR.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (BD, Creator Success, Campaign, and Operations) to ensure smooth livestream execution.
• Assist in resolving operational issues during livestreams and support post-live performance reporting.

II. WORKING INFORMATION

•     Location: An Khanh, District 2, Ho Chi Minh City.

•     Working hours: Monday – Saturday, flexible 8 hours per day.

IV. QUALIFICATIONS

•     Minimum 1 year of experience in an agency environment in Affiliate or Livestream Operation.

•     Experience in e-commerce or media is a strong advantage.

•     Critical thinking mindset, strong problem-solving skills, and a proactive work attitude.

•     Familiarity with TikTok Shop, TikTok Affiliate, Shopee Affiliate, or other e-commerce platforms is an advantage.
