Mô tả Công việc

1.Identify and Engage KOLs: Research, identify, and establish partnerships with relevant KOLs, influencers,and content creators in the beauty and skincare niche.
2.Negotiate Partnerships: Collaborate with KOLs to negotiate partnership terms, including compensation,content creation requirements, and campaign deliverables.
3.Campaign Management: Plan, coordinate, and execute influencer marketing campaigns to promote Kiss ofBeauty products effectively. This includes managing timelines, budgets, and campaign performancemetrics.
4.Content Creation: Work closely with KOLs to develop engaging and authentic content that resonates with ourtarget audience while aligning with our brand values and messaging.
5.Relationship Building: Cultivate strong and long-lasting relationships with KOLs to foster brand advocacyand loyalty. Act as the main point of contact for KOLs, providing support and guidance throughout thepartnership.
6.Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze the performance of influencer marketing campaigns, providinginsights and recommendations for optimization and future strategies.
7.Stay Updated: Keep abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging influencer platforms toidentify new opportunities and stay ahead of the curve.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

1.Experience: Proven experience in influencer marketing, affiliate management, or related fields within the beauty or fashion industry. Previous experience working with KOLs is highly desirable.
2.Network: Strong existing relationships with key influencers and KOLs in the beauty and skincare community. Ability to expand and diversify the network through proactive outreach.
3.Communication Skills: Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and effectively convey brand messaging to influencers and partners.
4.Creativity: A creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and content creation. Ability to conceptualize innovative influencer marketing campaigns that drive engagement and conversion.
5.Analytical Skills: Proficiency in analyzing data and metrics to evaluate campaign performance and optimize strategies for maximum ROI.
6.Organizational Skills: Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
7.Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and market dynamics. Willingness to embrace new technologies and platforms to enhance influencer marketing efforts.
8.Good command of English with the ability to communicate fluently
