Mô tả Công việc

  • Plan and implement growth strategies for the Creator (KOL/KOC) network, including scouting, recruiting, and onboarding high-potential talent into KITA-EES's affiliate ecosystem.
  • Build structured data-tracking systems and clear KPIs for different creator segments (video output, livestream frequency, engagement rate) to manage the network portfolio efficiently.
  • Drive short-form video and livestream content strategies across TikTok and Shopee; collaborate with internal teams to build content guidelines.
  • Lead commercial negotiations regarding contracts, creator benefits, and collaboration terms; build and optimize SOPs for the internal MCN network.
  • Proactively identify, connect, and negotiate optimal commission with active KOCs to maximize high-converting video and livestream content.
  • Deal directly with AM to secure exclusive platform traffic packages, vouchers, and dedicated support for the company's accounts.
  • Partner closely with internal marketing, media, and production teams to ensure all affiliate activities align seamlessly with business goals.
  • Manage, assign KPIs, monitor daily performance, and provide professional training/coaching for a team of 3 executives.
  • Deeply analyze e-commerce and affiliate performance metrics to report directly to BOD.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

  • Minimum 04 years of experience in Affiliate Marketing, KOL/KOC Management, or Influencer Marketing. At least 01 year of experience in a Team Lead/Leader role within an MCN, E-commerce Agency, or D2C brand. Prior experience in Fashion, or FMCG is highly preferred.
  • Deep understanding of TikTok Shop and Shopee Affiliate models, algorithms, and key performance metrics.
  • Strong command of professional English (for daily business communication with the Line Manager).
  • Proven track record in building, training, and managing a team of 2-3 executives.
  • Exceptional B2B negotiation, relationship-building, and cross-functional coordination skills.
  • Proactive, result-oriented, and fully accountable for assigned performance metrics under a high-pressure e-commerce environment.
  • Possess an existing, strong network of active KOLs/KOCs (either mega-influencers or high-efficiency performance creators). Network in Fashion or Personal Care is a major advantage.
