After Sales Driver (Tài Xế Hậu Mãi) - Porsche Centre Hanoi

Objective:

· To support After Sales operations and increase customers satisfaction by performing miscellaneous driving tasks.

Key tasks and responsibilities:

· Provide pick-up and delivery service for customer cars

· Arrange cars at specially assigned parking area shortly before repair start

· Conduct test drives before and after repair (long distance test drives)

· Arrange cars at dealer car park to ensure that sufficient customer parking space is available at all times

· Delivery, collection and quality control for cars and parts that were painted at external body & paint facilities

· Other miscellaneous driving tasks

· Ensure tidiness and cleanliness of working area and equipment

· Ensure adherence of dealership processes and policies

· Support other operational areas and departments if required

· Other ad hoc assignments and projects

Minimum Qualifications:

· 2 years working experience as a driver for a customer service oriented company

· Holder of B2 car driving license with at least 4 years driving experience

· Good English knowledge
