Be responsible for leading and organizing the completion of spare parts fulfillment tasks;
Warehouse management and training on spare parts related to service providers to ensure aftersales business timely and smoothly implementation;
Monitor and guide the inventory control, parts forecast, allocation, PAL etc.;
Follow up the fulfillment of after-sales spare parts orders in the whole process, co-work with headquarter after-sales parts team especially on planning, logistics, warehouse and operations;
Cooperate with country service managers to provide guidance and training to our service partners.

Qualifications
At least 5 years of spare-parts operations experience.
International trade, overseas mobile phone/home appliances after-sales spare parts operations or delivery management experience will be preferred;
With independent process handling, compliance and risk awareness;
