Agency Trainer (Sales Trainer)

This role will be fully responsible for conducting all training programs assigned by Head of Agency Training and support all relevant sales support in respective sales region (Ho chi minh region).

• Overall in-charge and responsible to ensure the effective and efficient operation of training activity for the assigned region – Ho chi minh/south region
• Plan, initiate and manage the training work-plan, training forecast to support the training operations for the assigned region.
• Coordinate and keep Delivery & Support Territory Head updated of training & development and support requirements.
• Conduct basic/upper-level training courses for agency force.
• Able to facilitate effective and engaging presentations using a variety of delivery modalities. Ability to facilitate learning to a diverse audience with a variety of leadership and learning styles.
• Coordinate & support Sales on activities: organizing BOP/COP, JFW with Rookies…
• Comply with the internal SOP relating to the training and participating in developing new programs.
• Manage any other project assigned by Delivery & Support Territory Head/Head of Agency Head.

1. Education:

• University degree, preferably in Education, Business Administration, Insurance.
• Specific certificate in the business sector: LOMA, etc.

2. Experience:

• Minimum 4-year experiences in life insurance industry
• Background in training department.
• Transferrable skills are most preferred.
