Objective:
Responsible for managing and optimizing end-to-end pick-up and delivery (PUD) processes. Ensure cost-effectiveness, efficiency, and on-time operations by collaborating with agents, internal teams, and external vendors.
Key Responsibilities:
PUD Agent Management (Vietnam, Cambodia, Myanmar):
Supervise daily pick-up and delivery operations; calculate monthly costs and report to Finance.
Monitor agent performance, handle exceptions, and support CS/agents.
Agent Quality Control:
Handle customer complaints, operational failures, and lost/damaged shipments.
Conduct training and meetings with agents; work with IT to fix API/system issues.
Cross-functional Coordination:
Work with IT, Sales, and Operations to resolve UPS-related issues.
Support shipment tracking, and seek new agents for better cost and lead time.
Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business, or related field.
At least 1 year of relevant experience (logistics or DHL preferred).
Proficient in MS Office and Excel; Canva is a plus.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Good communication in Chinese (especially in the fields of logistics and import-export). Knowing English is a plus.
