AI Analytics Engineer

Working location: Sala office & Đất Đỏ Factory (2-3 days/ month)

YOUR MISSION:

• Be the analytical engineer behind factory operations: turn rearing, processing, and quality data into decisions that improve yield, reduce losses, and scale production. You’ll sit at the intersection of the factory floor and the data team. Close enough to understand what happens when a rearing batch underperforms, technical enough to build the systems that catch it early.

KEY ACTIVITIES:

• Power BI: Maintain and expand 12 reporting domains (Production, Finance, Sales, R&D...) driving monthly management reviews. 
• DBT: Write and test transformation models across our 5-layer warehouse (sources to normalization to Datamart); pipelines run hourly via Prefect. 
• SFM Integration: Pull structured data from our Shopfloor Management app into the analytics layer; help close gaps between records and reality. 
• Odoo / ERP: Support data extraction and reporting from the Odoo ERP rollout (accounting, inventory, intercompany flows) as it ramps up alongside legacy systems. 
• Operational KPIs: Monitor production yield, insect meal output, FCR, and survival rates. When a batch underperforms, dig into root causes and recommend process changes. 
• AI-Assisted Analysis: Leverage LLMs and Python to accelerate insight generation, automate reporting, and reduce manual data wrangling. 

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

• 2-3 years in data analytics or data engineering (Bachelor degree). 
• SQL & Power BI: Autonomous proficiency, no handholding . 
• DBT: Hands-on experience preferred; fast learners considered. 
• Python: Comfortable with automation, scripting, and analytical workflows. 
• Mindset: Curious about insect rearing operations. Willing to spend time on the factory floor understanding processes firsthand. 
• Language: Native Vietnamese; functional English (international team, English documentation). 
• Nice to have: Familiarity with Odoo, ERP data models, or Vietnamese accounting standards (VAS / Circular 200). 
• Nice to have: Experience with Prefect, Metabase, Grafana, or real-time IoT/SCADA data pipelines. 
• Nice to have: Exposure to manufacturing or agri-food operations.
