Air Operation (Senior/ Supervisor Level)

Coordinate directly with carriers/vendors to secure cargo capacity and arrange shipment loading on scheduled flights.

Develop and optimize load plans to maximize aircraft payload utilization while complying with carrier operational requirements.

Perform cargo consolidation (consol) by optimizing shipment combinations to maximize space utilization and operational efficiency.

Plan and calculate cargo placement on ULDs (PMC, PAG, PGA, etc.) based on weight distribution, contour restrictions, and aircraft limitations.

Work closely with Operations, Warehouse, Trucking, and Airline teams to ensure smooth cargo acceptance and flight departures.

Proactively resolve offload, capacity constraints, and last-minute operational issues with airline partners.

Monitor flight capacity and recommend the most effective loading solutions to minimize shipment delays.

Maintain strong relationships with airline partners to improve service performance and maximize loading opportunities.

Experience:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Airfreight industry (Airline/GSA, Freight Forwarding) either dealing with Air cargo reservation /operation / handling and documentation.
• Fluency in English is a must.
• Comfortable working within a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Strong analytical skills and problem-solving mentality.
• Commercial experience/capabilities.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal communication skills and the ability to resolve conflicts in a professional and urgent manner.
• Proficient in relevant computer applications.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Good understanding and experience in air freight documentation, Airlines / Freight forwarding system, countries regulation, airline operations, air export operations.
