Alternative Distribution Planning

The role holder will be responsible for processing and analyzing data related to life insurance business, developing dashboards and reports, and preparing presentation materials to support internal meetings and business decision-making.

• Lead data collection, cleansing, structuring, and processing of business and life-insurance-related datasets to ensure accuracy, consistency, and readiness for advanced analysis.
• Perform data analysis and performance evaluations to uncover business insights and deliver data-driven recommendations that enhance operational and commercial decision making.
• Prepare and deliver business reports and presentation materials to support internal performance reviews and management-level discussions.
• Build, maintain, and optimize interactive dashboards using Power BI, while supporting the automation of recurring reporting processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual workload.

Education and Experience:

• University degree or above (Data Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, or relevant fields)
• 3–5 years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or business intelligence roles.
• Experience in the life insurance or financial services industry is an advantage

Skills:

• Solid understanding of data structures, data transformation, and business analytics.
• Proficient in Excel and SQL; hands-on experience with Power BI is required.
• Experience in preparing business reports and professional slide decks (PowerPoint).
• Good communication and problem-solving skills; able to explain analytical results to non-technical stakeholders.
