AR Accountant

AR (or) AP Accountant - GL romote

1. Cash: Receipt (AR, include clear advance); cash withdrawal & full cashbook report reconcile
2. Bank: Receipt, internal transfer & report
3. Issue VAT invoice, Input Sales Invoicing to FMS
4. Tax VAT-Out Monthly , VAT deduction declare to Tax Dept
5. Revenues recognition
6. Debtors (A.Receivable) & On-going customers
7. Reconcile GL vs Bank Statement, Cash advance & clearance, O/B accounts sub-acct
8. AR control credit
9. SOA & overdue reminder to Debtors: both Local & Agent (HKG, KR)
10. Assist internal, external audit
11. Declare increase / decrease employee to MOLISA and Reconcile C12
12. ad-hoc General assign by Head of Dept/Lines Manager
13. Daily, Weekly, Monthly report on time

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

• At least 2-5 years of relevant experience in accounting, AR/GL is a plus.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

• Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.

• Good communication skills in English.

• Highly organized, honest, and committed to long-term growth with the company.

• Having experience with FMS, Eplogis software is an advantage.
