Architectural and complete design engineer

- Designing preliminary ideas, proposing architectural solutions, perfecting, preparing pre_feasibility solutions, project budget,

- Presentation of solutions and explanations to management and leadership for approval,

- Coordinate with internal departments to promote the project process from the time of receiving input information to the submission to review and approve the project budget on schedule,

- Prepare bidding documents, technical evaluation of bids, review the technical contents of the contract,

- Supervision and management of contractor release during the project implementation process, quality assurance / progress / safety.

- Coordinate with relevant departments to sign the acceptance of volume and acceptance for the contractor.

- Participate in project development planning, project status reports and propose/ propose timely difficulties/ problems ...;

- Contribute ideas for the development of the company;

- Perform other jobs as assigned by superiors.

- Being formal trained in 1 of the following specialties: Construction and architecture.

- Experience at least 3-5 years in architectural design, or design / supervision / project management / architectural design detailed in the field of workshop, priority for food processing factories , or cosmetics, or beverage, or milk, or coffee, ... 

- Good design 3D.

- Always search for optimal solutions for technical, materials and investment costs,

- Understanding the design standards of food processing factories, beverage, cosmetics, ... with design experience according to Ehedg is an advantage.

- Having good knowledge and experience in factory construction materials,

- Having good skills in communication and presentation, explanation, 

- Skills to establish good relationships between the parties involved in the project (internal/ customer/ partner/ contractor, ...)

- Having skills to coordinate the project activities, control progress, coordinate well with professional departments.

- Proficient use of specialized software such as MS Project, MS Word, Excel, Power Point, AutoCAD, ...

- Having planning/ planning skills, organizing the implementation, inspection and control of the work of the team/ group's work.

- Understanding and the ability to manage the application of digital management and management systems according to ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 will have an advantage.

- Use English proficiently with 4 engineering skills: Listening, reading, writing, speaking.
