Develop and implement the marketing and communication strategy across Asia
Plan, monitor, and follow up marketing activities for different territories
Manage and coordinate the marketing team in China and Vietnam
Conduct market analysis, including customer visits, competitor analysis, and market research
Present reports on market trends and key insights to internal teams and clients
Act as the main contact point between headquarters and Asia, ensuring alignment and support to local teams
Develop and manage communication materials (brochures, product sheets, newsletters, digital content, etc.) in line with brand guidelines
Coordinate with external partners (agencies, printers, translators) and monitor production
Manage press relations, including advertisements, press releases, and technical articles
Organize and manage regional events (seminars, exhibitions, webinars)
Support budget planning and ensure compliance with the marketing budget
Ensure consistency of communication across different divisions
Support Sales teams in key account follow-up and customer activities
✅ Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related fields
✅ Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar position
✅ Experience in agriculture, animal feed, veterinary, or FMCG industries is a plus
✅ Proficiency in Adobe (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.) and Microsoft Office
✅ Strong understanding of Marketing Mix (4Ps) and project management
✅ Fluent in English (French is an advantage, other Asian languages are a plus)
✅ Strong soft skills: autonomy, proactivity, adaptability, organization, and multitasking
