• Monitor and track departmental CAPEX/OPEX budgets, ensuring expenditures are aligned with approved budgets.
• Prepare budget reports and provide budget analysis or updates whenever requested by management.
• Create and maintain fixed asset codes in the system.
• Process asset capitalization and ensure proper recording of capital expenditures.
• Coordinate and process advance payments and final settlements related to asset purchases and projects.
• Prepare monthly reports on fixed assets, budget utilization, and related financial activities.
• Conduct periodic fixed asset inventory counts and maintain accurate asset records.
• Manage fixed asset write-offs, disposals, and related documentation in compliance with company policies.
• Maintain complete and accurate records for all fixed asset transactions and supporting documents.
• Support internal and external audits by providing required asset and budget documentation.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Auditing.
• 3-5 years of experience in related fields.
• Hands-on experience with CAPEX/OPEX monitoring and fixed asset management.
• Experience with Microsoft Excel and ERP systems is preferred.
