1. Marketing activities & Business acumen:
• Lead & implement marketing plans & activities as alignment with line manager and top levels OTIF.
• Coordinate with cross-functions and external stakeholders to ensure activities to be followed-up and executed OTIF.
• Initiate activities/plans to drive growth of the assigned brand & portfolio.
• Constantly review KPIs & campaigns performances to propose relevant actions & inputs.
• Monitor internal sales & relevant data to evaluate and define potential issues/opportunities to unlock business ambitions.
2. Operational & other company agenda tasks:
• Manage operational tasks to facilitate marketing activities i.e budget management, company systems, listing new products etc.
• Lead, plan, execute & monitor projects apart from the assigned brands/campaigns OTIF i.e digital champion, channel champion, company workshops etc.
• Minimum 2-year experience in Marketing & Communication field, having worked male personal care experience is a plus.
• Strong capability in project management and campaign deployment on time in full.
• Good influencing skills to manage and work well with cross-functions and external stake-holders.
• Prioritize beauty/personal care experience.
• Good marketing sense, passionate, creative, dynamic, consumer understanding.
• Develop thought-process and structural thinking in projects related to planning & concepts.
• Ability to work and analyze numbers/data to get relevant insights and propose actions to improve campaigns & brands performances.
• Good articulation & communication skill in both Vietnamese & English.
