Assistant Manager Commercial & Logistics

Intermalt Vietnam Ltd. is a wholly foreign-owned enterprise under Interflour Group (Singapore), specializing in the production of high-quality malt for the brewing and beverage industries. Intermalt operates the largest malt production facility in Southeast Asia, located in Cai Mep Industrial Zone, Vietnam.

· Coordinate delivery plan with customers.

· Work with the Logistics, Operations, Sales and Finance departments to ensure customer

deliveries, documentation and contract execution meets customer and Intermalt requirements.

· Following up the payments from customers.

· Manage importation of barley and equipment in compliance with authorities.

· Booking of export shipments whilst optimizing freight costs and timing.

· Generate shipping documents for assigned export and domestic customers.

· Allocating shipment costs for assigned customers and suppliers.

· Ensure sales and Logistics procedures comply with the requirements from other parties: ISO,

HACCP, HALAL, KOSHER & Internalt Audit.

Other Duties as Required: · As assigned by Management

1. Education/ Professional qualification required: 

• University degree or above; Logistics, Science, Business, Finance, Trading
• High fluency in English (speaking and writing)
• Good computer literacy (MS office) 
• ERP knowledge is a plus.

2. Experience required: 

At least (5) - year working experience in commercial department, logistics or freight business ideally including in exporting business.
