Assistant NPI Engineer – Open for Fresh Graduates

Position summary: Support to manages Project follow and Engineer Design of New Products

Key responsibilities:

• Product mechanical / electrical design
• Project follow-up from start to mass production
• Coordinate with Suppliers to qualify new components
• Coordinate with other Departments for product development
• Trouble shooting during product development
• Work according to policies and procedures set by OP
• Complete Engineering documents required for product development
• Product improvements and Cost Reduction ideas

Person Specification:

• A recognized engineering degree from university
• At least 2 years relevant working experience in Engineering field
• Good written and communication in English
• Knowledge of MS Office
• CAD experience using UG preferred
• Able to work under pressure
• Analytical mind
• Self-initiative

• Engineering design for plastics, ferrous, and non-ferrous materials
