ASSISTANT PRODUCTION MANAGER

• Support the management and supervision of production operations to achieve targets for Safety, Quality, Productivity & Delivery.

• Support the development, implementation, and monitoring of departmental plans, procedures, and operating standards.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize resources, improve production efficiency, and meet customer requirements.

• Support workforce management and team development through training, coaching, and performance evaluation.

• Drive continuous improvement and risk management initiatives, while maintaining a safe and productive working environment.

• Perform other tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.

• More than 5 years of experience in manufacturing/production, preferably in a similar position.

• Proven experience in production management, manpower management, productivity, quality and production planning.

• Strong team leadership and people management skills, including training, coaching and performance evaluation.

• Strong mindset in continuous improvement, problem-solving, and risk management.

• Good cross-functional collaboration skills with QA/QC, Engineering, Planning, Warehouse, Maintenance, and other relevant departments.

• Good command of Microsoft Office/Excel; experience with ERP/SAP is an advantage.

• Good English communication skills in a professional working environment.

• High sense of responsibility, proactive attitude, ability to work under pressure and willingness to work in shifts when required.
