Mô tả Công việc

Female Only – Onboard After Lunar New Year

  • Support the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily restaurant operations to ensure high service standards and business efficiency.
  • Recruit, train, schedule and manage restaurant staff (floor staff, hosts, cashiers, etc.).
  • Take a hands-on role during peak hours, handling operational issues and guest complaints professionally.
  • Supervise service quality, hygiene, workplace safety and overall restaurant presentation.
  • Monitor food & beverage quality, inventory, POS systems and menu accuracy; propose improvements when necessary.
  • Coordinate and support events, functions, promotions and sales activities.
  • Prepare and submit operational, HR and sales reports as required.
  • Act as Duty Manager when assigned.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

  • Female Only
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the hotel/restaurant industry, with experience in a similar supervisory or management role.
  • Strong knowledge of Western-style restaurant operations, service standards, food and wine menus.
  • Proven leadership and team training experience with a hands-on management style.
  • Good communication, organization, problem-solving and customer service skills.
  • Experience using POS and inventory control systems.
  • Good command of English; Mandarin is an advantage (if applicable).
  • Detail-oriented, responsible, service-minded and results-driven.
