Mô tả Công việc

The Assistant Service Center Manager supervises the Service Center Manager in overseeing the operations of the Call Center and Spare Parts Warehouse.

1.     Customer Service Center & Spare part WH

a)    Assist in managing the day-to-day operations of the Service Center, including Call Center and Spare Parts Warehouse activities.

b)    Supervise the Service Center Manager in task execution, team coordination, and performance monitoring.

c)     Support customer service functions to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and quick issue resolution.

d)    Monitor spare parts inventory, procurement, and distribution to support timely service operations.

e)    Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and service quality procedures.

f)      Provide training and guidance to Call Center and Warehouse staff as needed.

g)    Work closely with Team to deliver effective performance in Repair Center and maximize resource efficiency.

h)    Perform the other assigned tasks.

 Other Duties:

Submit daily/weekly reports customers serviced, complete other reporting as necessary.

Support Service Team in evaluating needs and opportunities to best support consumer repairs in region

Ensure all process activity is communicated, and service levels are understood and exercised.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

Relevant Experience:

-                 Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

-                 At least 3 years of experience in customer service, operations, or warehouse management.

-                 Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.

-                 Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems is preferred.

-                 Ability to multitask and solve problems under pressure.

COMPETENCIES: (Technical, Operational, Managerial, Human & Cultural Requirements)

-                 Language: Vietnam and English

-                 High level of customer service orientation required—a desire to help or serve others, to identify, meet and exceed their needs and expectations

-                 Strong written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills

-                 Experience using Microsoft Office, including Word, Power point, Outlook, and Excel required

-                 Knowledge of Office programs will be preferred
