ASSOCIATE MERCHANDISER

·         Provide essential support for initial product development (PPD), follow up diligently on sampling, and track the approval process.

·         Coordinate fabric and trim sourcing, arrange sample shipments, and maintain real-time updates in ERP systems.

·         Track development schedules and communicate effectively with internal teams and external vendors.

·         Assist senior team members with costing preparation and required documentation.

·         Develop, issue, and maintain comprehensive sewing manuals for bulk production, ensuring technical specifications and brand standards are thoroughly communicated to the factory floors.

·         Meticulously prepare and organize inspection files and necessary documentation to guarantee smooth, compliant, and on-time shipment execution.

·         Accurately input and manage complex order information within the Buyer's proprietary systems to facilitate the timely issuance of Purchase Orders (PO sheets).

·         Utilize the internal ERP system extensively for end-to-end tracking of order statuses, material readiness, and production milestones.

·         Coordinate the creation, review, and approval of pre-production samples, serving as the definitive bulk-reference standard before mass production commences.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:

·         Fresher or 1-3 years of experience in merchandising or garment product development.

·         Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Garment Technology, or related fields.

·         Strong knowledge and proven experience in the Garment/Textile industry is highly preferred.

·         Excellent English proficiency (4 skills) for daily business communication with global buyers and HQ.

·         High computer literacy, particularly in MS Office (Excel advanced) and ERP systems.

·         High sense of responsibility, exceptional teamwork, and outstanding communication skills.
