Job Summary:
The Procurement Manager is a strategic business partner to Finance and Business Leaders, responsible for building OnPoint’s commercial discipline, supplier ecosystem, and cost structure across all non-trade spend.
This role owns governance, vendor strategy, and value creation, not just purchasing.
Key responsibility:
1. Procurement Governance & Control
- Build and maintain non-trade procurement policies, SOPs, and approval matrix
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, audit, and governance standards
- Act as the gatekeeper for non-trade spending
2. Supplier & Stakeholder Management
- Build trusted partnerships with key suppliers and internal stakeholders
- Lead supplier selection, performance review, and contract management
- Handle commercial negotiations and conflict resolution professionally
3. Sourcing & Execution
- Approve and execute purchase orders
- Run RFQ, RFP, and tender processes
- Identify cost-effective and high-quality alternatives
4. Cost Optimization & Analytics
- Drive hard and soft cost savings
- Analyze spend, supplier performance, and risks
- Provide commercial insights to the CFO and management
5. Continuous Improvement
- Improve procurement cycle time, controls, and efficiency
- Strengthen data, reporting, and vendor management processes
