- Manage the entire lifecycle of entertainment program production and distribution projects, including TV shows, digital content, live events, and other related entertainment projects.
- Analyze trends, markets, and collaborate with functional teams to identify new ideas that can disrupt the digital content market and are feasible for execution.
- Work closely with internal teams such as production, publishing, and other departments to ensure projects are executed with quality standards, on time, and within budget.
- Oversee the daily tasks of projects, including planning, organizing meetings, tracking progress, identifying and mitigating potential risks, and implementing corrective actions as needed.
- Be responsible for directing and monitoring content release on platforms, from the stage of providing insights and developing strategic plans to tracking and monitoring performance.
- Develop pitching decks and proposals for partners, including brands and platforms.
- 2-3 years of experience participating in the operation of projects related to the entertainment field, especially shows/series/TV programs producing & publishing or equivalent creative fields, and at least 1 year of experience in a project management position
- Deep understanding of the entertainment program production process, from the concept stage to broadcasting or distribution.
- Strong understanding of all streaming video platforms
- Excellent organizational skills to effectively manage tasks on schedule, maintain a high level of detail and engage with partners as well as other internal functional teams.
- Passionate about the entertainment industry and able to be creative and innovative in work.
- Be sensitive to social trends is essential
