AUTOMATION SUPERVISOR - FOOD & BEVERAGE

Device operating:

• Technical documentation system, HDCV, planning & implementation of calibration & periodic maintenance program.

• Update improvements and new installations.

• Research and apply new technology.

- Cost: lead technical solutions to increase system performance, reduce maintenance costs.

- Set up & implement training programs for Automation.

- Supporting new projects & troubleshooting for factories.

- Implement Kaizen according to assigned tasks.

- In-depth research on PLC & HMI (understand clearly the programs of the evaluation lines)

- Become an expert in the field of flow meters.

• 3 - 5 years experience in FMCG manufacturing industry.

• Minimum 3 years of management experience.

• In-depth knowledge and proficient use of programming software Siemens S7-300/400, Tial Portal RSLogix500 & RSlogix5000, Omron, Scada Intouch Wonderware System platform 2014 & Siemens PCS 7,...

• Deep understanding of & troubleshooting industrial communication networks: Profibus, Profinet, ASI,.. & HART standards.

• Deep understanding of Automatic Electrical devices: sensors, inverters, Servo drives, flowmeters, TT, PT,...

• Have skills in management, planning and organizing work.

• Have good communication skills, good behavior... and other necessary skills.

• University graduate majoring in Automation/Electrical - Electronics or Mechanical - Electronics.
