Renumeration & Benefits:
Expected monthly NET income: VND 15,000,000 (Basic salary VND 11,700,000 monthly + attractive commission and bonus)

This is a full-time office-based B2B Sales Representative position for our core service product, which is B2B sourcing fairs in Hong Kong, Saudi Arabia, Indonesia, and Vietnam/Hong Kong-related sourcing platforms, whose responsibility lies in promoting booths at the mentioned fairs to suppliers whose factories are located in Vietnam with export business.
The role requires a proactive business development mindset, supplier engagement skills, market research understanding, and close coordination with the internal teams to support the show marketing campaign and the recruitment of exhibitors. This position will report directly to the Sales Leader.
Key responsibilities:
- Booth Sales & Business Development:
- Promoting booths and participation packages for Global Sources’ international sourcing fairs in Hong Kong, Saudi Arabia, Indonesia, Vietnam.
- Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to the overall team revenue target.
- Prospect Building & sales pipeline:
- Manage client sales pipeline from getting them to understand the shows to closing the contract and supporting client service.
- Build and maintain a strong database of potential exhibitors, including manufacturers, exporters, trading companies, and industry associations., Proactively contact new prospects through cold calls, emails, online channels, referrals, and industry networks to generate qualified sales leads
- Supplier Visits:
- When required, visit suppliers to understand their export needs, and build long-term business relationships.
- Competitive Tradeshow Visits
- Visit relevant local and competitive tradeshows to collect market intelligence, identify potential exhibitors, monitor competitor activities, and generate new leads
- Reporting & Pipeline Management
- Maintain accurate sales pipelines, update prospect status regularly, and provide timely reports on sales progress, market feedback, and customer insights.
- Other sales-related coordination and supplier training tasks
- Work closely with the sales, marketing, buyer engagement, and operations teams to support show promotion, exhibitor recruitment campaigns, buyer matching initiatives, and other pre-show activities.
- Receive internal training and gradually support/training suppliers on basic export communication, buyer engagement, product presentation, and pre-show preparation.
- Travel requirement:
- Comfortable to travel regionally, to Hong Kong’s shows and other overseas locations
