Core Clinical Duties
- Inform patients about diagnostic imaging procedures, preparation requirements, and ensure patient comfort and safety throughout the examination process.
- Perform diagnostic imaging procedures including but not limited to general, obstetric, scrotal, and cardiovascular ultrasound; Fibro Scan; and interpretation of X-ray images in accordance with clinical standards and professional guidelines.
- Collaborate closely with radiology technicians to ensure optimal image quality and diagnostic accuracy.
- Recommend alternative or additional imaging techniques when clinically indicated to support accurate diagnosis.
- Interpret diagnostic imaging results to determine medical findings and support clinical decision-making.
- Prepare, review, and complete accurate written diagnostic reports in compliance with medical regulations and internal standards.
- Follow established medical protocols, safety requirements, and emergency procedures when necessary.
- Maintain and update professional knowledge through continuous medical education, training programs, and professional development activities.
Project, Process Development & Media Involvement
- Actively participate in company projects, including clinical service development, quality improvement initiatives, and cross-functional healthcare projects.
- Contribute to the development, standardization, review, and continuous improvement of clinical workflows, professional procedures, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) related to diagnostic imaging services.
- Coordinate with the Laboratory and Medical Marketing teams to develop, review, and validate medical and educational content for professional communication and patient education.
- Participate in company media and communication activities when required, including medical filming, photography, interviews, educational videos, and health communication campaigns.
- Ensure all project and media participation adheres to medical accuracy, ethical standards, and professional representation of the company.
- Collaborate with Branch Operations and Customer Service teams to improve service quality, operational efficiency, and overall patient satisfaction.
Co-consultation and report to Medical Manager
- Take part in internal CME and co-consultation between clinical and paraclinical aspects for better approach to patients care
- Report and review to Medical Manager on the departmental and professional activities
Experience and skills requirements:
- Medical Degree from a reputable university, degree level I.
- Possess a practicing license with a scope of specialization in Radiologist.
- Priority will be given to doctors with experience and advanced certificates/specialized qualifications in Ultrasound, X-Ray, CT, and MRI.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills in Vietnamese and English.
- Proficient in examining adult patients to provide comprehensive healthcare, including disease prevention, diagnosis, treatment, and recovery, in a hospital setting or busy practice, and currently practicing actively.
