Deliver accurate and timely financial reporting, dashboards, and insights to support business performance tracking and decision-making.
Areas of Responsibility
1. Financial Reporting & Consolidation:
- Prepare and consolidate financial reports (MTD, YTD P&L, revenue, cost, profitability).
- Manage and update standardized reporting templates across Business Units.
- Ensure timely submission of reports in line with defined timelines.
- Validate and reconcile data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and consistency.
2. Dashboard & Performance Tracking:
- Develop and maintain dashboards to monitor financial and business performance.
- Track key metrics and highlight variances or unusual trends.
- Support preparation of monthly reports and presentations for management review.
3. Business Intelligence & Analysis:
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Provide insights and recommendations to support business decisions.
- Perform ad-hoc analysis as required by stakeholders.
4. Planning & Decision Support:
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to collect and align data inputs.
- Assist in preparing business review materials.
5. Data & Process Management:
- Ensure data integrity across reporting systems and files.
- Improve and automate reporting processes (Excel, Power BI, etc.).
- Work with relevant teams to resolve data or system issues.
