Brand Deploy Manager

• Work closely with internal team to deploy all Brand manage by
• Follow up and mornitering the result day by day and make sure achieve Brand's projection
=> GMV count by App and DMS

• Annalysis the merchant style or area or province suitable with each Brand
• Build the target / bonus by SS and align with BUM/ Vice Sales Director
• Combine with Brand to Trainning and coaching product pofolio of each Brand
=> Active Merchant come from Brand or cross sales by Finviet execution team

• Base on quotation policy - Negotiation kinds of fee with partner and make decision in scope of application
• Focus to copporation with C level Brand to become their Mega/ Generall Distributor.

• Other tasks assigned by Vice VA Director or VA Director

Education:
•  Bachelor degree in Business Administration, HR Management, Economics or a relevant degree

Knowledge:
•  Knowledge of FMCG Industry specialist Sales/MKT/KA development
•  Knowledge about Brand's paint poit of Sales / MKT/ Finance situation…

Skill:
•  Well communication, interpersonal and writing skills
•  Abilities organisational and time management skills with the ability to multitask
•  Good teamwork, analytical and problem-solving skills
•  MS Office & English as well

Experience:
•  2+ years experience as same position or Buz Develop Manager above
•  Have experience in FMCG and Fintech
•  The strong plus is succesfull case at any Fintech platform apply to FMCG company
•  Any other experience to prove that you can do well the job
