Brand Manager

- Plan and execute Marketing programs & activities and evaluate the results of the campaigns in the year, ensuring to achieve the KPIs set according to the overall strategy.

- Create & Manage the marketing calendar effectively within the approved budget

- Create programs and creative POSMs to have outstanding visibility in the market.

- Closely monitor the market pricing and develop a pricing strategy based on the companys directions

- Identifying the gaps in the market and develop new products and outstanding packagings to have a competitive edge in the market.

- Manage advertising companies/suppliers to ensure the results according to commitment and cost-effectiveness.

EDUCATION:

• University graduate or higher majoring in Economics, Business Administration, Marketing, or related majors.

EXPERIENCE:

• At least 5 years of experience working in a similar position in the field of Marketing in the confectionery/ Food/ FMCG industry.

• Experienced in below the line and visibility executions

• Experienced in coordinating a working group to implement brand development projects & Marketing activities: communication program (ATL) and brand activation program (BTL), (new product development, research, market research, advertising, promotion, etc.).

KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:

• Understanding & proficiently implementing brand/marketing knowledge & skills.

• Knowledge in product & packaging development is an added value.

• Analytical and decision-making skills.

• Good planning, division of work & control skills.

• Good presentation, negotiation, and communication skills.

OTHER REQUIREMENTS:

• Good communication in English.

• Proficiency in the office computer.

• Enthusiastic and proactive spirit at work.

• Ability to withstand high pressure.
