Mô tả Công việc

1. Position Purpose

Responsible for building and executing brand strategy for the North + Central region, while ensuring effective trade marketing execution in the region through close coordination with a partner. Also holds the Brand Manager role for a new brand, from brand-building through market rollout.

2. Key Responsibilities

A. MKT Management — North + Central Region

  • Develop and execute brand strategy for Sunmate/UniDry in the North + Central region, aligned with overall brand direction.
  • Analyze the market, competitors, and consumer behavior specific to each region to adjust strategy accordingly.
  • Coordinate with the regional sales team to ensure brand messaging and programs are executed correctly at point of sale.
  • Track the effectiveness of brand activities in the region and propose adjustments as needed.
  • Act as the focal point for following up and implementing trade schemes/programs proposed by the partner, ensuring alignment with brand strategy and approved budget.
  • Work directly with the partner throughout program execution: confirm content, monitor progress, measure post-program effectiveness.
  • Respond to and adjust programs together with the partner when results fall short of expectations or issues arise in the market.
  • Report regularly on trade program performance in the region to management.

B. Brand Manager — New Brand

  • Own brand-building and development for 1 new brand (currently in early development/market expansion stage).
  • Plan distribution, trade/consumer programs, and KPI targets for the brand.
  • Coordinate with the sales/operations team to roll out point-of-sale support tools (as applicable).

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a Brand Manager/Trade Marketing role, preferably in FMCG or consumer goods.
  • Experience working in the North/Central region, or a strong understanding of regional market nuances, is an advantage.
  • Experience working with partners/agencies on trade program execution.
  • Ability to multitask — balancing regional brand management, trade marketing, and new brand development simultaneously.
  • Strong market analysis, planning, and cross-functional collaboration skills (sales, partners, operations).
  • Proactive and able to handle pressure during a new brand's launch/expansion phase.
