Brand Strategy Development: Create and implement brand strategies that enhance our market position and drive growth.
Market Research: Conduct market analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to inform branding decisions.
Campaign Management: Design, execute, and oversee marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, and traditional platforms.
Collaboration: Work closely with product development, sales, and customer service teams to ensure brand alignment and integration.
Content Creation: Oversee the creation of engaging content that reflects our brand voice and resonates with target audiences.
Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze brand performance metrics, adjusting strategies as necessary to achieve goals.
Stakeholder Communication: Present brand strategies and performance updates to stakeholders and senior management.

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
At least 10 years of experience in brand management, preferably within the tourism, hotel/restaurant, Online Travel Agent (OTA), or mobile app sector.
Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, and content strategies.
Excellent analytical skills with a data-driven mindset.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
Passion for travel and technology, with a keen interest in industry trends.
